Smart RI management and strategic development company
Smart RI d.o.o. is the Center of Competences for Smart Cities project. Smart RI owner and beneficiary, and thus the city of Rijeka will become a test and demonstration center for “smart” technologies, where pilot projects will be implemented to improve products and/or services to the level of commercialization readiness. Furthermore, within the management function, Smart RI d.o.o. provides administrative, organizational and logistical support to other members of CEKOM.
During the duration of the CEKOM project for smart cities, but also in the long-term perspective, the cluster organization will perform educational, promotional and advisory services, as well as services to strengthen national and transnational cooperation, in addition to project coordination.
An important business segment of Smart RI d.o.o. will also be the connection of entrepreneurs with other entities of similar interests, as well as the creation of domestic and international partnerships, the presentation and networking and the encouragement of the cooperation of economic entities and joint performance on the market, especially projects that are focused on the creation of new jobs, the creation of new products and services with the aim of applying new technologies for smart cities, which are mainly oriented towards domestic resources
