The personal data that we collect and its purpose:

  • IP adress – collected and used only in case of violations of any law when publishing user content. In that case, this address will be submitted to the authorities upon their request.
  • The content that users deliver – is collected for the purpose of public availability, i.e. for the purpose of information or two-way communication with the administration, i.e. other users of the portal
  • ENTER RIJEKA PROJECTS – data is collected for the purpose of displaying the details and presentation of the registered projects:
    • Name of the project
    • Name of the project holder
    • Name of the project partner
    • Details and descriptions of the project
    • Information on project financing
    • Name and surname of the contact person
    • The name of the contact person’s workplace
    • Contact phone number
    • Name of the body/business entity
    • Address
    • Web page

  • ENTER MATCH – data is collected in order to connect the users with investors and vice versa:
    • Name of the business entity
    • OIB of the subject
    • Subject location (city, country)
    • Description of the subject

  • CONTACT FORM – data is collected for communication with users:
    • Name and surname
    • Topic name

The basis on which personal data is collected
We collect and process data based on Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a), (b) (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How the collected personal data is protected
We collect and process personal data in a way that ensures adequate security and confidentiality in their processing and to enable effective application of data protection principles, reduction of the amount of data collected, scope of their processing, storage period and their availability. For this purpose, we have introduced appropriate technical and organizational protection measures that enable a level of security that corresponds to the risks posed by data processing and the nature of the personal data being protected, bearing in mind the characteristics and costs of their introduction. We regularly review data processing that may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals and have taken appropriate measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, especially in cases where processing involves the transfer of personal data over the network, and from all other illegal forms of processing.

How long do we keep personal data?
Personal data will be stored: as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; data processed based on the consent of the platform user will be stored until the user withdraws such consent and requests deletion; data processed based on our legitimate interest will be stored as long as our interest exists or until the user restricts such processing and requests deletion.

How to request access to your own data, correction of data, termination of use of your personal data and deletion from the platform
Termination of use of personal data for the purpose of registration on the portal, i.e. deletion of data, can be requested by email to

By sending an inquiry to the same email, the user can request a printout of the data we collect about this user, as well as a correction of the data. Users also have the right to obtain correction of incorrect and incomplete personal data without delay.
