The underground garage structure is planned beneath the existing Mažuranić Brothers Square. The location itself is near the Sušak Gymnasium and the University of Rijeka Rectorate. The garage structure is designed with one underground level and four above-ground levels. The gross area is 10,525 m2, including staircases on the square and entrance/exit ramps. The planned underground garage is spread across six longitudinal half-levels. It is projected to accommodate 377 parking spaces for cars and 18 parking spaces for motorcycles.
