The garage building is planned within the area of Šetalište I. G. Kovačića, Krimeja, Podvoljak, and the stairs of Rudolf Džodan. The garage structure is designed with one underground and four aboveground levels. The gross floor area is 15,428 m2, of which 12,974 m2 is garage space, 500 m2 is balconies with greenery, and 1,954 m2 is the roof level. It is envisaged to have 344 parking spaces for cars and 30 spaces for motorcycles.
