The services provided by the EDIH Adria consortium are funded through the Digital Europe Program and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026, with a total budget of €2,645,000. The project duration is three years, with the possibility of an extension for an additional four years.
The EDIH Adria project significantly enhances the investment climate by driving the digital transformation of businesses and the public sector in Adriatic Croatia. Through activities such as “Test Before Invest” and digital innovation bootcamps, the project enables companies to assess digital maturity, test new technologies, and adapt solutions to users’ specific needs.
In addition, the project strengthens the innovation ecosystem by networking with key stakeholders, including EDIHs across the EU, industry clusters, and regional organizations. This facilitates knowledge and technology transfer, increasing the region’s attractiveness for investments. The focus on developing digital skills further supports the creation of a qualified workforce, essential for attracting investors.
EDIH Adria builds investor confidence by supporting businesses in adopting advanced technologies, reducing investment risks, and improving the competitiveness of the local economy.
The EDIH Adria project is open to collaboration with partners from the public and private sectors, including businesses, educational and research institutions, industry clusters, regional development agencies, and other organizations supporting digital transformation. Collaboration can take place through joint activities such as organizing training sessions, digital innovation bootcamps, Test Before Invest (TBI) initiatives, developing user-specific solutions, and facilitating knowledge and technology transfer. Partners can also participate in promoting project activities and networking with other stakeholders at regional and European levels, including connecting with other EDIHs across the EU. EDIH Adria offers an opportunity to engage in the innovation ecosystem of Adriatic Croatia, contributing to the development of digital skills, accelerating innovation, and fostering sustainable growth. Collaboration provides partners access to resources and expertise, as well as support for implementing projects focused on green and digital transitions.
